2nd Generation Automotive Restorations was established in 1995. We are a family owned business operated by car people, for car people. Great customer service coupled with superior workmanship sums up what we're all about. Flying under the radar for a number of years, we operated with virtually no advertisement, relying only on word of mouth. We're the new guys on the internet, but not the new guys on the block! Being based in the north east has certainly made us experts on rust repair! Most of our projects are very extensive in nature. Multiple panel replacements, extensive frame repair, complicated Corvette panel replacement, repair and alignment are the norm. You wouldn't believe what some of our completed projects looked like before we started. Regardless, no matter how big or small the job is on your vintage vehicle, we will be happy to take it on. The results of our work speak for themselves.
Every one of our restorations begins with a thorough consultation with the client. Constant communication as well as full photo documentation of all our processes ensures that the restoration experience will be a fun and educational one for the customer from the beginning of each project until completion. As we like to say, "If its not fun, why even bother doing it?"
